- Chemical Sector Grouping Consultative Committee, December 1991
- November 1993. This committee, that consisted primarily of CEO's of
Chemical Companies, presented a report on competitiveness in the
Canadian Chemical Industry to the Honourable Michael Wilson in May
1992. BRH also served on a subcommittee that considered the importance
of innovation in the chemical industry. That subcommittee presented
a report in January, 1993.
