Current project:

I am focussing on the mechanism of interaction between ETA and eEF2 by using mutagenesis and fluoresence techniques. My current project consists of :

1. the function of the Loop 1 within the toxin-enzyme, and
2. the kinetics of interaction between toxin and eEF2 substrate using stopped-flow techniques.
