Current project:
My research is in the area of protein crystallography of various inhibitors bound to both P. aeruginosa exotoxin A and diphtheria toxin. I am also working to determine a high resolution structure of the fragment of yeast elongation factor 2 that is recognized by these diphthamide-specific toxins.
