Current project:

My research focuses on the interaction of protein-protein interaction between pathogenic bacterial virulence factors and their protein targets. In my studies, I will use data mining approaches to discover new virulence factors, clone the corresponding genes, overexpress and purify the proteins, and characterize their activities and interactions with their target proteins.
