Current project:
My research is on the characterization of inhibitors against P. aeruginosa exotoxin A, including small molecule heterocyclic compounds as well as peptide inhibitors. This work involves rigorous kinetic analysis of the inhibition mechanism of each compound followed by the determination of the X-ray structure of the most potent inhibitors.
