Hello and welcome!

It is the pleasure of the University of Guelph’s Department of Chemistry to formally invite you to join us on campus for the 40th SOUSCC on March 24th, 2012.

SOUSCC is a unique platform that brings together like-minded undergraduate researchers from universities all over southern Ontario to discuss their respective projects.  In addition, it allows students to gain experience in presenting scientific data in a conference setting and offers exposure to other areas of research.

Important Dates:

• Abstract Submission closes March 12th, 2012.
• SOUSCC Conference date March 24th, 2012 at the University of Guelph . Scientific sessions are in Rozanski Hall

News

When you create your abstract you have the choice of an oral or poster presentation. We are encouraging everyone to choose to submit a 20 minute oral presentation (15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions).

Once positions in the oral program are exhausted we will switch your presentation to the poster program. There is a check box in the abstract form where you can refuse this change if you don't want to present a poster.
